Privacy & Beta Terms

Last updated July 31, 2026. KAIROS reads timing, not fate. This page explains optional location use, browser storage, analytics, social sharing, calendar files, and information submitted through beta forms.

Site analytics

KAIROS loads Simple Analytics to process pageviews and selected site-interaction events, including navigation, footer, sharing, timing-index, internal-link, reading-focus, and generic form-stage actions. Analytics events use general action names. They are not intended to contain your private question, email address, coordinates, recent event, selected feeling, or full reading.

Optional location for exact planetary hours

KAIROS requests browser location only after you select Use my location. Location is optional. When permission is granted, latitude and longitude are rounded to two decimal places and sent with the current Quick Moment request so KAIROS can calculate local sunrise, sunset, and the current unequal planetary hour.

The KAIROS response does not return the coordinates. KAIROS does not place them in share text or URLs, analytics events, form fields, localStorage, sessionStorage, or saved-reading summaries. Declining location leaves the day-level reading available. Your browser and device platform control the permission prompt and may maintain their own permission settings.

Saved readings in your browser

If you select Save this reading, KAIROS stores a limited timing summary in localStorage in the current browser. The saved summary can include the reading date, save time, public timing theme, primary move, next-window label and reason, and system IDs, labels, scope, and source status.

The saved summary excludes your raw question, recent event, contemplated action, selected feeling, coordinates, email address, share content, and the full API response. It expires after 14 days. You can remove it earlier with Forget saved reading or by clearing site data in your browser. Because it stays in that browser, it does not automatically follow you to another device or browser.

Calendar files

When you select Add to calendar, KAIROS generates a standard .ics calendar file in your browser. The event links back to readkairos.com. When a window is based on a broad daypart rather than an exact calculated astronomical boundary, the calendar description identifies it as symbolic timing.

Social sharing and generated images

KAIROS can generate 4:5 and 9:16 PNG share cards in your browser. The cards contain the public timing theme, a short synthesis, named timing systems, the primary move, the KAIROS boundary, and readkairos.com. They do not contain the original private question, recent event, contemplated action, selected feeling, coordinates, email address, or form data.

When you choose X, Facebook, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp, KAIROS opens that platform’s sharing interface with a safe KAIROS result URL and, where supported, prepared public caption text. The selected platform receives that public URL or caption only after you click its button. KAIROS does not log in to your social account, publish automatically, or know whether you complete the post. Instagram and TikTok preparation saves an image and/or copies a caption for you to post manually.

What form submissions collect

When you submit a Personal Timing Signal or deeper-reading request, KAIROS may collect your email address, question, selected area, recent signal, emotional state, time window, question timestamp, timezone, contemplated action, displayed timing context, and the reading focus and scope you selected. A separate tomorrow-timing form collects the email address entered for that request.

The current request flow does not ask for birth date, birth time, birth place, or a birth chart. Submit only the information needed for your request.

How submissions are used

KAIROS uses submitted information to prepare or evaluate a timing reply, review whether a request is selected for a private response, improve the product experience, understand beta usage patterns, and contact you about the request you submitted. Submission does not guarantee selection, delivery, or a response date.

Form delivery provider

The current forms submit to FormSubmit at formsubmit.co for delivery to hello@readkairos.com. Information entered in those forms is sent through that provider as part of form delivery. Do not submit passwords, credentials, medical records, legal files, financial account details, or other sensitive material that the request does not need.

Timing data and interpretation

KAIROS uses disclosed astronomical and calendrical libraries for supported calculations and labels symbolic or unavailable layers separately. Calculated positions and calendar fields are inputs to an editorial timing interpretation. They are not scientific evidence that a personal event will happen, and they do not determine fate.

What we do not do

Deletion and local-data choices

You may request deletion of information submitted through a form by contacting hello@readkairos.com. Include the email address used and the approximate submission date without resending the full private question. Browser-saved readings are controlled locally and can be removed with Forget saved reading or by clearing site data.
